You are invited to join a seminar/workshop on “How To Get Your Rehab Facility Get Accredited” on July 12, 2016. It will be conducted by the DOH-HFSRB personnel from Manila Main office who will come to Ozamiz to teach and help us the proper way to get accredited. For a fee of 4,000.00, (this will pay for the DOH personnel’s food and room plus plane fare, and other seminar materials). Venue will be at Bethany Gardens  in Ozamiz City. Your 4,000.00 will also help pay for your snacks (am/pm) and lunches. Please pass and invite all other interested parties you may know.

This is a big help to all of us in this worthwhile endeavor. Free accomodations is limited so its first call first served basis. This will be the best investment you made for 4,000.00 only. After expenses, all excess amount from your 4,000.00 will be returned to you.

Please bring with you a copy of all floor plans of the buildings of your entire facility. This will be used to guide us to what is applicable or not to DOH’s standards before issuance of accreditation.
